          The idea of starting  something like this that takes an  enormous   amount  of creativity and different types of choices , is quite  terrifying .  But just like the idea presented a Ted Talk b y when he talks about how the opposite of  bravery is conformity. The idea  o f not making something completely new and raw is scarier than  just leaning into what everyone does.          I  arrived  in  my decision to working by myself because of past  experiences and how they have affected me. The  Lost at Sea activity can clearly show how a lot of group projects I’ve been in have gone. Once everyone had written their answers and  put their pens down, we started trying to make a group list per the instructions. Everyone  had a different  opinion,  and nobody wanted to make an exception or even listen to another person in the group, this started to create a hostile  environment,  and some one even got up and walked out.           It took almost an hour to resume and finish the activity, it was ridiculous and even articles like  “ The effect of personality type on team performance .”  by Bradley, J.
